Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Pocket Pusher ("Pocket Pusher," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with pocketpusher.com, play.pocketpusher.com, the Pocket Pusher game, and related support services.
1. Information we collect

2. Payment information
Purchases are processed using Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe receives payment-card and payment-method information directly. Pocket Pusher does not intentionally store your full card number or card security code. We receive transaction identifiers and payment status information needed to fulfill and support purchases. Stripe's own privacy practices apply to the information it processes.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Pocket Pusher; authenticate users; synchronize account-linked entitlements and optional cloud saves; fulfill purchases; prevent duplicate or fraudulent fulfillment; provide customer support; maintain logs and diagnostics; measure site and gameplay performance; improve game balance and usability; enforce our Terms; and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to operate Pocket Pusher. These currently include Stripe for payment processing; Supabase for authentication, account-linked data, purchases/entitlements and gameplay data; Vercel for hosting, serverless functions and website analytics; and a Redis-compatible hosted datastore for atomic purchase-ledger operations. Providers may process information on our behalf according to their own terms and our configuration.
5. Cookies, local storage and similar technology
Pocket Pusher uses browser storage and similar technology for game saves, settings, anonymous installation identifiers, account session persistence, purchase-reconciliation state, and other functionality needed to make the web game work. Clearing browser data may remove local gameplay state or anonymous purchase-recovery credentials that have not yet been linked to an account.
6. Sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any controls required by applicable law before using information in a materially different way.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including maintaining account and entitlement continuity, preventing duplicate consumable fulfillment, supporting refunds and disputes, operating cloud saves and analytics, satisfying tax/accounting requirements, and protecting the service. Retention periods vary by data type. Purchase, tax, fraud-prevention and accounting records may be retained longer than ordinary gameplay diagnostics.
8. Children and age
Pocket Pusher is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not submit an email address, create an account, or make a purchase. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring deletion or parental consent, we will take appropriate steps. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 provided personal information may contact us at support@pocketpusher.com.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You may play without creating an account, although account-linked purchase restoration and cloud-save features require sign-in. You may sign out and clear local browser data at any time. Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to us, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of personal information. To make a privacy request, contact support@pocketpusher.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
10. California notice
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Pocket Pusher's operations, California residents may have rights provided by that law. The Notice at Collection above describes the principal categories and purposes of collection. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Requests may be sent to support@pocketpusher.com. We will not discriminate against a consumer for exercising a privacy right where prohibited by law.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including server-authoritative purchase fulfillment and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
12. International use
Pocket Pusher is operated from the United States. If you use the service from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pocket Pusher evolves. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and, when legally required, provide additional notice.
